Published by the Forum for the Future in September 2007, this report explores what the retail experience of 2022 might look like. The report sets out four radically different visions of the future and explores some of the issues the retail sector will need to face in the years to come and the challenges for sustainability. The work was funded by and undertaken in collaboration with Unilever and Tesco.
