The European Institute of Innovation and Technology (EIT) Food consortium has recently launched a podcast series, The Food Fight, which examines the biggest challenges facing the food system, and the innovations and entrepreneurs looking to solve them.
Two episodes are available so far:
- Can we really feed 10 billion people by 2050? Corinna Hawkes of the Centre for Food Policy at City University London and Stephane Durand of Queen’s University Belfast talk about the challenges facing the food system.
- Spotlight: 3F BIO on alternative protein. Jim Laird of biotechnology startup 3F BIO discusses meat alternatives.
