The Department of Primary Industries in Victoria, Australia, have recently published a report that seeks to address the following questions:

• To increase understanding and awareness of the risks and opportunities for the Victorian agrifood sector related to new demands associated with climate change.
• To develop opportunities for Government and industry to address the risks and capture opportunities resulting from new customer demands associated with climate change.

The report looks at the Australian food sector's two key export markets - the UK and Japan - and uses a mix of literature reviews and interviews with stakeholders to form its conclusions.
