The Department of Agricultural Research for Northern Sweden, part of the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences, is seeking a Professor in Food Production to work on the use of ley and forage for ruminants, with focus on dairy cows, for production of animal-derived food.
Candidates should have a PhD in Animal Science and competence as associate professor (docent) or equivalent academic qualifications, have documented experience as main supervisor of PhD students, have demonstrated the ability to lead and develop a successful research group, and have a very good ability to communicate in written and spoken English.
