After undergoing an "eco-conversion" to improve its energy efficiency, a 51,000 sq ft M&S store in Bournemouth now incorporates a whole host of features in line with the company's Plan A initiative.
Features include using up to 25 per cent less energy than before the refurbishment, being powered with green renewable energy and boasting a number of water saving initiatives.
The store has its own green travel plan and bike racks are being installed outside to encourage customers and staff to cycle to the store.
