Joe is an Environmental Science student at the University of Manchester and a dairy farmer from Cumbria. His upbringing on his family's farm has giving him a keen understanding of the disconnect between agriculture, farmers and nature, but also a drive to restore these connections and help to rewire the food system so it works for people and planet.
