Job: Grant-fun­ded doctoral or postdoctoral re­searcher on the environmental sustainability of incorporating cellular agriculture into sustainable farming systems, University of Helsinki, Finland

The Future Sustainable Food Systems research group at the University of Helsinki is seeking doctoral or postdoctoral candidates to conduct research on the possibilities of improving the environmental sustainability of food production through the use of new technologies. A focus will be on converting conventional farming to a system of agroecological symbiosis that uses agroecological farming practices, biogas production, and cellular agriculture. Life cycle analysis will be used to determine environmental impact.

The grant-funded researcher should hold a relevant master or doctoral degree (e.g. in environmental sciences, biology, agriculture, natural sciences, data science, or engineering).
