Freelance opportunity: Collating food Life Cycle Assessment data

Table member Christian Reynolds of the Centre for Food Policy at City, University of London has a small project coming up in the near future (January to March 2021) with funding for a casual role (~£27/hr, full time for 6 weeks). The role is collating different existing food life cycle assessment (LCA) data from published studies that have already been identified to match this to the FoodEx2, USDA, and FoodOn classifications. 

This is a project support/admin role with lots of copying and pasting from spreadsheets. It is suited to someone who has worked with LCA data before.
