Do you live in the UK or USA? Are you 20 years or older? If your answer is yes, then I am looking for you to help me in my research. I am conducting my thesis on consumer acceptance of products produced through precision fermentation in the UK and USA.

The study is targeting two consumer segments; the first is adults from 20 till 55 years old, and the second is parents and guardians of infants and toddlers.

My aim is to understand consumer perceptions, attitudes, and factors influencing their acceptance of these protein products. Through surveys and interviews, I will explore preferences, concerns, and decision-making drivers. This research contributes to shaping future food innovations and marketing strategies for alternative proteins.

I am seeking participants for a 45 minutes interview or focus group discussions.
