The fourth conference of the Wellcome Trust-funded Oxford Livestock, Environment and People (LEAP) programme will take place on 6 December 2021. The event is intended to be both virtual and in-person, at the Mathematical Institute in Oxford. The conference will bring together researchers working on multiple aspects of meat and dairy production and consumption to consider its effects on population health, the economy, society and the environment.
Abstracts are invited for papers that describe research on some aspect of meat or dairy (or substitutes). Researchers at all levels are welcome to participate, especially PhD students and Post-Docs.
There will be opportunities for both short oral presentations (10 minutes, plus 5 minutes Q&A) and posters (A1/A0 portrait format). If the total number of abstracts received requesting oral presentations exceeds the space available, a poster slot will be offered as an alternative.
